The National Competence Centre – Polymer Materials and Technologies for the 21st Century – the PolyEnvi21 Centre of Competence – focuses on the development of novel polymer systems that take into account sustainable development goals, practical applicability and economic competitiveness. PolyEnvi21’s core competency is the mechanical, chemical and biological recycling of polymeric materials, including related processes. Significant attention is paid to the complex concept of the solutions being developed to fulfil circular economy principles.

 

 

Objectives:

Improve waste management, including positive effects on national climate and other environmental objectives.

Improve the security of material supply and reduce dependence on material sources imported from outside the EU.

Increase the competitiveness of businesses.

Reduce fossil fuel consumption.

24.3.2023 Vyhlášení 2. výzvy k podávání Dílčích projektů NCK (podávání do 23.4.2023)

Vyhlášení 2. interní výzvy podpory dílčích projektů

V souladu se Smlouvou o ustanovení Národního centra kompetence polymerních materiálů a technologií pro 21. století a o účasti na řešení projektu centra (dále jen „Smlouva“) a v souladu s podmínkami Technologické agentury České republiky (dále jen „TAČR“) se vyhlašuje 2. interní výzva na podporu dílčích projektů.

Harmonogram soutěže:

  • Soutěžní lhůta začíná 3. 2023 a končí 23. 4. 2023.
  • Začátek realizace: po schválení Radou centra, nejdříve od 6. 2023.
  • Délka realizace dílčího projektu je 12 – 36 měsíců.

Podmínky soutěže:

  • Předkládané dílčí projekty musí být věcně v souladu se Strategickou výzkumnou agendou Národního centra kompetence polymerních materiálů a technologií pro 21. století.
  • Předkládané dílčí projekty musí být dále v souladu se Smlouvou, Zadávací dokumentací
  1. veřejné soutěže TAČR program Národní centra kompetence (č.j. TACR/11-57/2021) a s relevantními interními dokumenty TAČR.
  • Předkládané dílčí projekty musí mít prokazatelně doložený aplikační potenciál s výstupy na úrovni TRL 5 a výše
  • Návrhy dílčích projektů se předkládají na předepsaném formuláři s příslušnými přílohami manažerovi centra v elektronické formě: prostřednictvím emailu: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., do předmětu emailu uveďte „NCK21 – 2. soutěž“.

Formální a odborné náležitosti:

Nad rámec údajů ve struktuře a rozsahu požadovaných ve formuláři se předkládají následující přílohy:

  • Povinné přílohy uvedené v Zadávací dokumentaci 2. veřejné soutěže TAČR program Národní centra kompetence (č.j. TACR/11-57/2021), kapitola 3.5 Výstupy a výsledky2.
  • Stručný popis plánovaných výstupů řešení dílčího projektu3, včetně předpokládaného rozdělení autorských podílů a způsobu využití výsledku.
  • Průzkum trhu dokládající aplikační potenciál výstupů řešení dílčího projektu, které je možno doplnit doložením zájmu o realizaci výsledků řešení dílčího projektu externím subjektem.
  • Vymezení se k obdobným projektům a řešením.
  • Popis postupu a harmonogram řešení projektu včetně definice zapojení jednotlivých partnerů.
  • Stručný popis složení řešitelského konsorcia včetně pracovních úvazků na dílčím projektu a s popisem role a činnosti klíčových členů.
  • Zdůvodnění k nákladovým položkám.
  • Další přílohy dle uvážení, které předkladatel považuje za vhodné k podpoření návrhu dílčího projektu při hodnotícím procesu.

 

Hodnocení předložených žádostí:

Principy a postup hodnocení jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 2 Smlouvy.

Hlavní řešitelé dílčích projektů předloží nejpozději 7 dnů před jednáním rady prezentaci představující návrh dílčího projektu.
