This UV / VIS spectrophotometer is mainly used for the measurement of nucleic acids and proteins, the determination of which is important for a number of experiments in both biological and microbiological laboratories. Its main advantage is in the possibility of measuring samples with very small volumes, starting from 0,3 µl. The range of the spectrum for measurement is 200 - 900 nm. The spectrophotometer also enables the measurement of larger volumes, thanks to the built-in attachment for the cuvette.
