The HiQ DIALOG 4800 ultrasonic welding machine with an output of 4800 W operates at a frequency of 20 KHz. The control of the welding process itself can be influenced by quantities such as: time, energy, amplitude, power, welding path and more. The welding process is plotted in a graph. The machine includes a sonotrode with a length of 150 mm and a width of 5 mm and a circular sonotrode with a diameter of 30 mm.
