Bioreactor allowing the cultivation of both, in suspension and anchorage-dependent eukaryotic cells under the in vivo simulated conditions within the 3D structures. The rotary cell culture system and perfusion systems are available: 1) The rotary cell culture system allows culturing of both suspension and anchorage-dependent cells. It is designed to simultaneously integrate the ability to co-culture cells, and the features of low shear force (and consequently low turbulence), and high mass transfer of nutrients. Together these properties encourage spheroid formation and proliferation of cells within the three-dimension spheroids. The vessels 50mL and 10 mL can be used. Temperature in the range 10-40°C. 2) The perfusion system allowing continuous feeding of the cell culture chamber from an external media bottle. The chamber 2x25mL and 2x50mL are available. The rotation 10 – 40 RPM can be used. Temperature in the range 10-40°C.
