Multichannel temperature sensor with optic fiber temperature probes operating on the principle of measuring the change in wavelength of the radiation absorbed in the GaAs sensor in the active part of the fiber optic probe. Due to the strong temperature dependence of radiation absorption in the GaAs crystal, the temperature of the active part of the probe can be precisely determined.
