Preparative liquid chromatography system equipped with binary gradient pumps, UV-VIS detector (analytical and preparative cells) and automatic fraction collector. The system is for detection and isolation of selected component in a sample. The design of the device allows work in both preparative (high flow rates) and analytical regimes.
