FTIR microscope

FT-IR microscope Nicolet iN 10 (Thermo Scientific). Designed with the simplicity of a spectrometer and the ability to measure samples down to a few microns. The   microscope works in transmission, reflexion   and ATR mode with spectral resolution 2 cm-  1. Direct contact in ATR mode is assured by   Slide-On Ge microtip ATR 350 with spherical   microtip 350 um in diameter. Two   detectors, air cooled DLaTGS (7800-450 cm-  1) and MCT-A (11700-600 cm-1) cooled by   liquid nitrogen, ensure quick and accurate   measurement in the range 11700 – 450 cm-1.   One LN2 filling stands for 16 hrs. Motorized   XY stage. Objective and condenzer 15 x N.A.   with optical zoom 2x-10x in step mode.   Software Omnic Picta   with spectral   library
