DEVICE IS FOR:
Dispersive Raman Microscope Nicolet DXR (Thermo Scientific) equipped by excitation lasers operating on 455, 532, 633 and 780 nm measuring in the ranges 3500-85, 3550-50, 3550-50 a 3300-50 cm-1 respectively. Spectral resolution is 2 cm-1 a 5 cm-1 depending on used laser and diffraction grating. Research-quality Olympus viewing optics, oculars 10x, objectives 4x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x zoom. Spatial resolution 1 um. Motorized XY sample stage with 0.1 um step, autofocus. Adapter for measurements of macro-samples in cuvettes is available too. Software Omnic with spectral library, number of Raman spectra >14000.
