The Ultramicrotome Leica EM UC7 provides automatic and easy preparation of semi- and ultrathin sections as well as perfect, smooth surfaces for TEM and AFM examination. Specimen trimming device available. Preparation of cryo-sections over a wide temperature range ( -15 °C to -140 °C) is possible after mounting the Cryo-chamber Leica EM FC7.
