Supervisory Committee
Supervisory Committee has 23 members – each participant appoints 1 representative to the SC
Meets at least four times per year
- Monitors the activities of the Centre’s Board
- May propose the removal of a member of the Centre’s Board
- Proposes a new member of the Centre’s Board if one of the Board members has been dismissed or has resigned
Activities
(a) Proposals and recommendations to the Centre’s Board
– Changes in staffing
– Changes in consortium’s membership
– Changes to the Centre’s management
– SRA updates and amendments
– Acceptance of sub-projects
– Corrective measures against sub-project researchers who fail to meet their obligations
– Transparent transformation of the Centre’s research results toward potential commercial users
(b) Discusses reports on the use of funds and the Centre’s financial management
(c) Discusses annual documents which are subsequently submitted to the Centre’s Board
